What Aetheria saves, who can see it, and how to take it with you or remove it

What Aetheria saves

Your practice
Everything you create in the app — journal entries, card readings, dream entries, meditation and frequency sessions, symbols, rituals, goals and check-ins, quiz and game results, points and your daily insight history.
Your account
The email address you sign in with, your name, the interests you chose when you joined, and your settings such as practice reminders and your colour theme.
Your card details
Never. Payments are handled by Stripe, so Aetheria does not see or keep your card number.

Who can see it

Other members
No. Your records are tied to your account and other members cannot read them.
The team that runs Aetheria
A very small number of admins can access data when it is needed to operate the app or help with a problem you have reported.
Anyone else
No. There is no advertising inside Aetheria, and your entries are never sold, rented or shared for marketing.

AI features and emails

Daily insights, AI card and reading interpretations, the spiritual synthesis and the guide chats send the text that feature needs to an AI service so it can write a response.

Practice reminder emails
Optional, sent only to your own address, and switched off at any time in Settings.
  • Keep anything you would rather not have processed that way out of those prompts.
  • AI-written output can be wrong, generic or incomplete, and no one reviews it before you see it.

Export or delete your data

Exporting downloads everything above as a single file you can keep. Deleting clears your saved practice data straight away and cannot be undone — your account and membership stay active, so you can begin again with a clean slate.

Prefer us to handle it? Get in touch and we will remove your data for you. To close your account as well, use the Delete Account control in Settings.
